These terms govern your use of welabs.dev (the “site”), operated by weLabs Limited (“weLabs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site describes weLabs’ software development services and lets you contact us, book a call and subscribe to our newsletter. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Submitting an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract. Any estimates, proposals or quotes we send are for discussion until both parties sign a written agreement. Our services are provided only under that separate agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for the work it covers.
We treat project details and files you send us as confidential. We use them only to assess and discuss your project, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, access credentials or other highly sensitive information through the form. Only upload material you have the right to share.
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations and code, belong to weLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties (such as clients, technology partners and platforms) belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not imply endorsement beyond the relationship described.
Case studies, statistics and descriptions are provided for general information. Results described for one client depend on their circumstances and are not a guarantee of results for your project. We aim to keep the site accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free.
The site links to and uses third-party services, such as Google Calendar for booking calls. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent the law allows, weLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify weLabs against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
